Special conditioning grills channel the water to ensure a smooth, turbulence-free experience. You can adjust the pace between 4:04 and 1:14 per 100 metres, with the flow remaining consistent even at the highest speeds.

Innovative underwater treadmill system

Enjoy a low-impact way to walk or run using the integrated underwater treadmill, which is designed to significantly reduce strain on your joints and muscles. To increase the intensity of your workout, you can activate the swim current to add resistance and better engage your core, legs, and upper body.
